Fedeli flows in millions to Nipissing for water infrastructure projects

Around $17 million in provincial funding is coming to upgrade and build new critical water infrastructure in the District of Nipissing.

The money will help improve the wastewater treatment plant on North Bay’s Memorial Drive, which takes in between 20,000 and 30,000 cubic metres of wastewater each day.

School bus nightmare on horizon for local parents

Thousands of families across the Nipissing-Parry Sound region are being warned of a potential disruption to home-to-school transportation services beginning Monday, February 23, due to ongoing contract negotiations between Alouette Bus Lines and its drivers.

A letter has been sent to parents and students warning of the potential strike.

Nearly $500,000 for additional diagnostic services at NBRHC

Additional CT Scan hours at the North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) are being funded by the province.

Vic Fedeli, MPP for Nipissing $487,000 to support the additional diagnostic services.

North Bay Battalion edge Brampton Steelheads in shootout to claim victory

Nick Wellenreiter scored in a shootout to give the North Bay Battalion a 3-2 comeback victory Thursday night over the Brampton Steelheads in an Ontario Hockey League game.
